AVIVV is a certified Woman & Minority-owned professional services engineering firm serving the energy and transmission industry. AVIVV proudly serves clients throughout the United States from California to New Jersey.

Founded by industry veteran and Navy SEAL spouse Erica Beal in September 2019, AVIVV was built on a foundation of servant leadership and a deeply rooted commitment to serving the military community through hiring military spouses and veterans into the utility industry. AVIVV is proud to have been named the very first engineering firm to become certified as a Military Spouse-Owned Business by the Military Spouse Chamber of Commerce.

Following many years of witnessing fellow military spouses and veterans struggle with employment, Erica made a steadfast commitment to this issue facing the military community through the creation and implementation of AVIVV’s Impact Now program. Through Erica’s entrepreneurial spirit began a small idea to support her military community that grew into an innovative company-wide program that fosters economic development within and throughout the veteran community.

The mission of the program is to train, mentor and hire transitioning veterans, spouses and extended family employment by preparing them with extensive culture assimilation into the workforce. Within 2 years since inception, AVIVV has grown to more than 40 full-time employees, and a large employment are military spouses, veterans and family affiliates. AVIVV is honored to provide a place of employment and professional fulfillment to our nation’s most deserving heroes with a relentless dedication to accomplishing missions.
