William Gruccio is the founder and President of Renati Solutions, a leading public relations firm based in southern New Jersey. Renati specializes in business development, community, and media relations for companies nationwide across varying industries, including utilities, trade associations, nonprofits, healthcare, energy companies, and affordable housing development.
Dr. Edward H. Salmon
Chairman Emeritus
Has more than fifty years of experience in increasingly responsible positions in government, education, and the private sector. Is an expert in creating and managing relationships, team building, and planning/organizing/cultivating partnerships to accomplish goals. Positions held include Governor’s Cabinet, President of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, Assemblyman, Freeholder Director, Mayor, President/CEO of AUS Consultants, Vice Chairman of AUS, Inc., and Founder/Chairman of Salmon Ventures Limited.
Erick Ford
President
Has multiple years in increasingly responsible managerial positions in the private sector. This experience transitioned into governmental and regulatory affairs. Some of these positions included Confidential Aide to the President of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, Agency Manager for the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, and others.
Florie Hulbert
Director of Communications and Member Outreach
Has been with the New Jersey Energy Coalition since 2020, joining as an intern and then taking on the responsibility of Assistant Deputy Director and now Director of Communications and Member Outreach. A graduate of Stockton University Florie graduated with many honors, earning herself a spot on the Dean's List. She is now a candidate for a Doctorate in Legal Studies from Rutger's Law School. At Rutger's she is a representative of the Women's Law Caucus as well as a member of the intramural mock trial team.

Sr. Executive Assistant and Business Manager
Born, raised, and educated in the United Kingdom. Has forty-plus years of experience in both the retail and private industry sectors. Positions held included sales, management, office management, and government-related jobs. Current position of 16 years with both Salmon Ventures, Ltd., and the New Jersey Energy Coalition.
