The Future of Renewable Energy Development in Hawaii
EUCI’s two-day event to support the goals of Hawaii’s Clean Energy Initiative will help energy industry leaders to find realistic and practical solutions involving energy policy and legislative and regulatory efforts to attain clean energy goals.
Event sessions will include important energy topics such as policy, legislation, financing, military initiatives, ocean development, land acquisition and renewable energy grid integration. Experts include representatives from Hawaiian Electric Company (HECO), Sempra Generation, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the US Pacific Command Energy Office, the Hawaii State Legislature, and the Public Utilities Commission.
The event will be held December 12-13, 2011 in Honolulu, HI at the Hyatt Regency. Sponsors include Yamamoto & Settle, the Hawaii Solar Energy Association, Phoenix Solar, and Moffatt & Nichol.
